Ask who owns the number before you rely on it. A payment processor’s order desk can cancel a charge and track a parcel. It cannot tell you which form of niacin is in the capsule, and on this product nobody published a number for the people who could.
The rule generalises beyond this bottle. On any supplement, find out who owns the contact route before you need it. A number belonging to the brand can usually escalate to somebody technical. A number belonging to a payment processor is a transaction desk by design and staffed accordingly, and it is not a failing of the people answering it that they cannot tell you whether the niacin is nicotinic acid.
